Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using any of the services provided by our company (“the Company”).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Disclaimer of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by clients as a result of the insolvency, bankruptcy, or suspension of operations of SafePal Wallet or any other third-party service provider.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties—express or implied—regarding performance, stability, or uninterrupted access.
3. Use of Counterfeit or Unauthorized USDT
Clients must use only authentic and verifiable USDT (Tether).
If counterfeit or unauthorized tokens are detected, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account and pursue legal action, including claims for damages.
4. Wallet Address Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their wallet addresses.
The Company shall not be liable for any losses, delays, or misdirected payments resulting from incorrect address input.
5. Reward Distribution
Profit distributions generally begin seven (7) days after joining the program.
However, due to blockchain processing times or system adjustments, delays of several hours may occur.
Rewards are automatically transferred to the wallet address registered by the client.
6. Dividend Rules
Auto Plan
Dividend distributions begin seven (7) days after the connection date.
If USDT is withdrawn from the SafePal wallet during the 7-day calculation period, the lowest recorded balance during that period will be used as the basis for dividend calculation.
If additional USDT is deposited during the 7-day period, the amount will be added to the existing balance.
Dividends for the additional deposit will be calculated on a prorated (daily) basis and paid on the same weekday as the original distribution schedule.
Partner Plan
Additional deposits can be made to the partner account at any time.
Affiliate rewards will not be generated if the wallet balance is 300 USDT or less.
USDT stored in the wallet can be withdrawn at any time using the withdrawal button.
Partial withdrawals are not supported. All withdrawals must be made for the full wallet balance.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 hours.
Once per week, 3% of the deposited funds (in units of 100 USDT) will be transferred to the registered address.
Additional deposits will be calculated on a prorated (daily) basis and included in the next distribution.
Affiliate rewards are:

1% of deposits made to the Partner plan

0.5% of deposits made to the Auto plan
These rewards are distributed weekly on the same day as the referred user’s distribution.
If your referral becomes a Partner and earns affiliate rewards, you will receive 50% of their affiliate rewards.
To protect user privacy, the referrer’s wallet address and deposit amount will not be disclosed.
7. Affiliate Program
The Company offers a performance-based Affiliate Program.
If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected—such as false referrals, multi-account abuse, or misuse of the system—rewards will not be issued, and the related accounts may be suspended.
The Company’s internal criteria for determining fraud are confidential and will not be disclosed.
8. Reward Rates and Program Changes
The Company reserves the right to change reward rates, lock-up periods, or other program terms without prior notice.
Any updates will be published on the Company’s official website.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, power outages, or network disruptions.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Confidentiality
All client information, contractual terms, and service-related data are protected under strict confidentiality.
Unless required by law, client identities, balances, or transaction details will not be disclosed to third parties.
13. Prohibition of Public Disclosure and Improper Promotion
Clients are strictly prohibited from publishing, posting, or sharing any information related to the content, structure, or performance of the Company’s services on websites, social media platforms, or any other public channels.
In addition, in connection with the Affiliate Program, clients may not promote or solicit participation from individuals with whom they do not have a direct personal relationship, including but not limited to recruitment via social media, advertising platforms, or online forums.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension of participation and forfeiture of any unpaid rewards.
